Bob Durkin, AGG Food & Drug and Dietary Supplements co-chair, is speaking at SupplySide West 2023 on October 24, 2023, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Bob will serve as a panelist during the session, “A Comprehensive Look Into the Health and Nutrition Legal and Regulatory Landscape.” As the dietary supplement sector continues to face legal and regulatory challenges, Bob and fellow panelists will discuss topics relevant to dietary supplement manufacturers and marketers, including a hemp/CBD federal update, cannabinoid regulations/laws, FDA warning letters, trends in new dietary ingredient notifications to FDA, and more.
