On November 8, Neil W. Hoffman Ph.D. and Ryan Kerr presented “Behavioral Health and 1013s” at the State Bar of Georgia’s Advanced Health Law Seminar. The presentation introduced topics relevant to hospital emergency departments such as the network of involuntary behavioral health treatment in Georgia and consent and EMTALA issues.
