AGG Litigation partner David Marmins and attorney Morgan Harrison are presenting a panel on PFAS litigation at the 15^th annual Georgia Environmental Conference on August 24, 2022. The panel will be moderated by AGG Litigation partner John Spinrad.

The panel will discuss PFAS litigation trends, the impact of upcoming EPA regulations, and the ongoing PFAS cases in Rome, Georgia, involving the carpet industry. It will also focus on the role of the consultant in evaluating PFAS data in litigation.
