The Senior Applications Analyst is responsible for the application support, issue resolution, and maintenance of assigned multi-tiered and major business applications in use within the Firm. The Senior Applications Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting, researching, and development of technical documentation for assigned applications. Responsible for customer support involving direct contact with clients and vendors, serving as the Subject Matter Expert for firm supported applications and highly complex systems. Work on various concurrent projects which progress at a pace, driven by the firm’s business objective.
