Veteran Advisor Carter Cornick Joins Arnall Golden Gregory as a Director
ATLANTA – Carter Cornick, a senior advisor and consultant on strategic communications and policy issues, has joined Arnall Golden Gregory’s Washington, D.C., law office as Director of Government Relations and Communications. The firm’s Washington office resolves regulatory compliance challenges in healthcare, housing, employment, cybersecurity and other areas.
Mr. Cornick’s experience includes serving as a director and consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he established new strategic and crisis communications capabilities. Before that he was a senior advisor at Dawson & Associates, assisting clients with federal agency decisions and Congressional action involving land use, water resources and environmental permitting.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Cornick served as director of communications, and, later, chief of staff to former U.S. Senator John Warner of Virginia. He also led the Secretary’s Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations at the Department of Housing & Urban Development as a General Deputy Assistant Secretary. Additionally, for several years Mr. Cornick has been an adjunct lecturer and professor at Georgetown University.
