Arnall Golden Gregory Elects Three New Partners for 2019
ATLANTA – Arnall Golden Gregory LLP is pleased to announce that Brooke F. Dickerson, Jeff R. Friedman and Megan P. Mitchell were elected partners in the firm, effective Jan. 1, 2019.

Brooke F. Dickerson is an environmental and construction lawyer who advises clients on transaction, regulatory, compliance and permitting matters. A former Assistant Regional Counsel with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Ms. Dickerson also advises clients on brownfield redevelopment, green leasing issues and green/sustainable building practices. As a Chambers ranked lawyer, she is described by her clients as “able to negotiate the regulatory morass and guide us through all the necessary contracts and disputes” and noted as “essential to getting a fair resolution.”
Jeff R. Friedman is a co-leader of the Healthcare Private Equity team. He advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with acquisitions, dispositions and general corporate matters. He also serves as counsel to strategic buyers and sellers in M&A transactions, and has experience in restructuring and distressed-company situations. Mr. Friedman has received the Volunteer of the Year Award by the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta.
Megan P. Mitchell is a litigator who focuses her practice on complex business disputes. She routinely defends background screening companies and employers against claims made under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including nationwide class action lawsuits, and she represents clients in the payment systems industry in a variety of disputes. Ms. Mitchell also has significant experience in advising businesses on employment-related matters, including investigations of discrimination and harassment allegations, wage and hour issues, executive compensation, and post-employment competition disputes.
