Joseph E. Gotch Jr. is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice. He is also a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Alliances and Joint Ventures, Energy, and Global Logistics and Transportation Practices.
Mr. Gotch focuses his practice on representing and advising clients in the structuring and implementation of a wide variety of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, recapitalizations, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and debt and equity financing arrangements.
In addition to his transactional practice, Mr. Gotch is engaged in a general corporate law practice in which he counsels clients with respect to the organization and formation of business entities, corporate governance and operational matters, and the negotiation and preparation of contracts relating to the clients’ businesses, including employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, shareholder agreements, customer arrangements, service agreements, license agreements, and supply and distribution agreements.
Mr. Gotch represents a diverse mix of clients, both publicly held and privately owned, across a broad range of industries, including petroleum products distribution, logistics and transportation, foodservice distribution, manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare services and financial and business services.
