Jonathan E. Eady is a partner and chair of the Real Estate Practice. He also serves on the firm's Executive Committee.
Mr. Eady’s practice focuses on counseling business and real estate clients in connection with various types of financing, investment, acquisition, development and operational matters including asset purchase and sales, mergers, entity governance, commercial agreements, leasing, workouts, capital restructuring, and numerous types of debt and equity financing.
Mr. Eady represents clients in all aspects of the real estate development process. He assists developers, owners and investors with structuring and negotiating operating and investment entities and has significant experience negotiating complex joint venture agreements. Mr. Eady has represented clients in transactions involving public/private partnerships, low-income housing tax credits and many other subsidized financing structures. He also represents private developers and public housing authorities with respect to mixed-finance public housing revitalization projects.
In addition, Mr. Eady regularly represents clients in the global supply chain and logistics industry. He assists clients in planning, structuring, negotiating and consummating a wide range of transactions.
