Mr. Chalmers focuses his practice on a wide variety of complex business disputes, including contract disputes, business torts, fraud and misrepresentation claims, RICO claims, fiduciary duty disputes, data breach prevention, response, and litigation, and electronic discovery matters. Mr. Chalmers has successfully represented clients in trial, arbitration and mediation across the country.
Mr. Chalmers clerked for a federal judge in the Northern District of Georgia following law school and worked in Belize, Central America, for a year as a Fellow with the Human Rights Commission of Belize. Mr. Chalmers also is a member of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Section of Litigation leadership and has been an Associate Editor and author for the ABA’s Litigation News since 2000.
Away from work, Mr. Chalmers enjoys whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, and camping.
