Biography
William is of counsel in the Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights & Financial Restructuring practice.
William focuses his practice on the representation of trustees, creditors, and debtors in all aspects of bankruptcy. William has over thirty years of experience, including a clerkship with an Atlanta bankruptcy judge. His prior employment also includes three premier, small bankruptcy firms, where he represented debtors, trustees, creditors, committees, and entities purchasing assets of bankrupt enterprises. He has also practiced in diverse areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and appellate work in both state and federal appeals courts.
