Bob is of counsel in the Litigation and Arbitration practices. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s National Roster of Arbitrators. With nearly four decades of experience, he evaluates and resolves intricate business disputes using sophisticated negotiation techniques through alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, mediation and traditional litigation. Bob handles complex commercial litigation involving business and partnership disputes, securities law and business tort claims, healthcare industry disputes arising under the False Claims Act and regulatory laws, as well as commercial real estate disputes and media law issues.
