Biography

Nancy, CFE, is a certified fraud examiner and senior paralegal in the Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights and Financial Restructuring Practice Group. She has 25 years of bankruptcy and fraud experience as a paralegal.

Nancy is responsible for conducting and managing investigations that arise from bankruptcy filings and from the firm’s representation of receivers, conservators, and administrators. She has worked on cases involving mortgage fraud, securities fraud, bankruptcy fraud, Ponzi Schemes, and offshore accounts. She oversees the recovery and liquidation of personal property which has included art, antiques, and wine, and supports all aspects of the bankruptcy practice. Nancy primarily works with Neil C. Gordon in cases where he serves as bankruptcy trustee, SEC receiver, SEC corporate monitor, Court appointed conservator or in some other fiduciary capacity or others who serve in those roles and engage AGG to represent them.
