Biography
Micah is an associate in the Litigation practice in the Washington, D.C. office. He advises clients on a variety of matters including government contracts, False Claims Act investigations, and shareholder derivative suits. Clients appreciate Micah’s ability to provide concise, cost-effective advice, while ensuring that no avenue of relief is left unexplored. A life-long “law nerd,” Micah’s passion for legal theory, oral advocacy, and trial practice guides his efforts to provide comprehensive counsel to his clients as they navigate the undeniably stressful waters of contested litigation.
Prior to joining AGG, Micah worked as a trial attorney at a midsized firm practicing primarily in Maryland and Washington, D.C. During this time, Micah gained significant trial experience while working with a high degree of independence on a wide variety of matters spanning civil, criminal, and family law.
After graduating with honors from the University of Notre Dame Law School, Micah served as law clerk to the Honorable Judge Gary E. Bair of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Maryland, in Montgomery County.
As a child, Micah was a professional actor and member of the Screen Actors Guild, where he first developed many of the advocacy skills he now utilizes for the benefit of his clients.
