Meghan is a staff attorney in the Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights and Financial Restructuring practice.

Meghan focuses her practice on all aspects of bankruptcy and represents trustees, creditors, and debtors. She handles fraudulent-transfer and preferential-transfer lawsuits, as well as other avoidance actions arising under Chapter 5 of the Bankruptcy Code on behalf of Chapter 7 trustees. She also defends unsecured creditors against preference, fraudulent transfer, and other avoidance claims in adversary proceedings.  Meghan also has significant experience representing creditors in bankruptcy matters through filing proofs of claim in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 cases as well as defending against objections to proofs of claim.
