Biography
Mary Grace is an associate in the Healthcare practice and member of the Hospitals & Health Systems and Post-Acute & Long-Term Care industry teams. She represents healthcare clients in litigation, government investigations, regulatory compliance, alternative dispute resolution, and administrative disputes. Mary Grace also defends providers in False Claims Act (whistleblower) cases and investigations nationally and pursues administrative appeals on behalf of providers to recover and maximize reimbursement under the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
Mary Grace received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2014. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2017, where she competed on and coached Moot Court teams. During law school, Mary Grace participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic where she drafted the brief in a successful habeas corpus appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She also served as the senior notes editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and participated as a pupil in the Joseph Henry Lumpkin Inn of Court.
