Biography
Josh is an associate in the Private Wealth practice.
Josh focuses his practice on complex wealth transfer planning strategies, including estate and gift tax planning, generation-skipping transfer tax planning, charitable giving, family business succession planning, and estate administration.
While earning his juris doctor at Duke University School of Law, Josh served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Contemporary Problems and as a Graduate Research Assistant for James D. Cox. Josh also completed judicial internships with the Honorable Richard D. Bennett in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, as well as the Honorable Hilda G. Tagle in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Prior to law school, Josh served as a Teach For America corps member in Baltimore and taught middle and high school students with special needs.
