He assists corporations and individuals from around the world enter U.S. markets and become productive in the American economy. With over 40 years of private practice experience as an immigration lawyer, Jay is the founder of a national consortium of immigration law firms known as IMMLAW. He is well-known for his contributions to the field of Immigration as the author of numerous articles, including “Priorities and Preferences: Keeping Place in the Immigrant Visa Line,” Federal Publications; “Immigrant Investors: A New Category,” Prentice Hall Law and Business; “Labor Certification, Strategies and Procedures, Immigration & Nationality Law Handbook,” American Immigration Lawyers Association. A former President of the Georgia/Alabama Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Jay is a frequent speaker on immigration matters, both to the public and to the bar.
