Genevieve is an associate in the firm’s Healthcare Practice and Food & Drug Practice Team. Genevieve has advised pharmaceutical, biologic, medical device, cosmetic, and dietary supplement companies on legal and regulatory matters relating to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. She has served as the legal representative for a number of promotional review committees to advise on pharmaceutical advertising and promotion. She also has experience advising clients on Sunshine Act reporting obligations and drug price transparency requirements.
She has also represented a wide range of healthcare providers, including home health, hospice, and skilled nursing facilities, on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters. She has provided guidance on healthcare facility changes of ownership, telemedicine requirements, state licensure issues, certificate of need, and Medicaid enrollment and participation. She has also assisted home health providers in reimbursement appeals before the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Genevieve is a member of the Hospital & Health Systems and Pharma-Medical Device Industry Teams at Arnall Golden Gregory, LLP. Genevieve received her undergraduate degree from Emory University, her Masters from J. Mack Robinson College of Business and her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude.
