Cody B. Davis

Cody is an associate in the Healthcare practice and a member of the Change of Ownership (“CHOW”), Food & Drug, Hospital & Health Systems, and Life Sciences teams.

Cody earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he was the Ryan Noah Smith Memorial Scholar. While in law school, Cody served on the Active Investigations Team of the Duke Law Innocence Project and was a member of the Mock Trial Board.

He also completed a legal externship with Duke University Health System and a judicial internship with the Honorable Embry Kidd in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Outside of work, Cody enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and exploring new Atlanta restaurants.
