The Elder Justice Act and the Patient Safety and Abuse Prevention Act Enacted

Health reform legislation enacted under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), signed into law by President Obama on March 23, 2010, contains provisions aimed at increasing protections for the elderly.
