New Department, New Rules: The Department of Community Health Revises Personal Care Home Regulations

The Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) recently revised the licensing rules for Personal Care Homes (PCH). The revised rules also include changes unrelated to memory care that will affect PCH operations and regulatory compliance. This article summarizes the additional rules revisions and explains their significance for PCHs.
