Jonathan Neville to Appear on the Commercial Real Estate Show: CRE Legal Matters Prevalent in This Cycle

On Saturday, December 18, 2010, at 10 a.m., AGG Partner Jonathan L. Neville will appear on the Commercial Real Estate Show, a radio program on biz1190 AM (WAFS Atlanta) that has received national and international press and is estimated to have millions of listeners worldwide since its start in early October. It is the only national radio program dealing with hot topics in commercial real estate and caters to an audience of business owners, investors, property owners, lenders, the commercial real estate industry and people in business related to commercial real estate. Each week features guest stars who are well known for their knowledge in the field of commercial real estate. This week’s news guest is Tom Fink, senior managing director of Trepp, who will provide an update on the national mortgage market including default rates, looming maturities and expectations for 2011. The panel members include Mr. Neville; Gil Burstiner, a partner at Hartman Simons; Bob Stupar, an associate Kilpatrick Stockton; and Todd Westfall, managing partner at Howick, Westfall, McBryan and Kaplan. Show host Michael Bull will interview the panel of senior level commercial real estate attorneys, who will share aspects surrounding the most prevalent legal issues in this cycle. Discussions include foreclosure and bankruptcy, tenant and lease issues in foreclosures, loan restructures, note sales and many other legal matters prevalent in this cycle.
