Jon Neville to Appears on the Commercial Real Estate Show: U.S. Retail Property Performance Update & Retail Tenant Strategies

On Saturday, March 26, 2011, at 10 a.m., Arnall Golden Gregory Partner Jonathan L. Neville appears on the Commercial Real Estate Show, a radio program on biz1190 AM (WAFS Atlanta) that has received national and international press and is estimated to have millions of listeners worldwide since its start in October 2010. This week’s news guest is Ryan Severino, senior economist of Reis, who will share 2010 and 2011 year-to-date occupancy trends, as well as which retail property types and areas of the country are performing best and the Reis retail market predictions for 2011 and 2012. The panel members include Mr. Neville; Paul Gwin, chief executive officer of Vision Brands and Blimpie franchisor for the state of Georgia; and Bob Kane, vice president of corporate retail services for Bull Realty Inc. Show host Michael Bull will interview the panel of senior level commercial real estate professionals, who will share recent trends in site selection, retailer profit strategies, a financing update and key lease issues and provisions prevalent in this cycle. The panelists will also reveal key retailer expansion plans and opportunities for retailers.
