AGG Partner Philip G. Skinner is profiled in an Atlanta Business Chronicle article regarding his participation in the a capella singing group Sound Investment. Mr. Skinner joined the 16-year-old group in 2000. The group is made up of 14 businessmen with diverse backgrounds, ranging in age from late 20s to early 60s. They perform about a dozen times per year in various settings, ranging from private engagement parties to the opening national anthem at Atlanta Braves games. Mr. Skinner sings second tenor in the harmony parts and is the featured soloist in some of the group’s songs, including their set-closer, “Rawhide.” Sound Investment has also performed on three occasions as the special invited guest at a national conference of a capella singers, including once at Disney World in Orlando.
