John Gornall was appointed by the State of Georgia to assist with the KIA Auto Manufacturing Project, West Point, Georgia

John Gornall was appointed a Georgia Special Assistant Attorney General earlier this year to assist the State in negotiating and implementing the recently announced agreement with KIA Motors America Inc. (“KMA”).  KMA plans to build a $1.2 billion auto manufacturing facility in West Point, Georgia and employ 2500 employees there.  This is one of the largest, if not the largest, foreign manufacturing investments in Georgia.
