Darryl Laddin Quoted in Atlanta Journal-Constitution

AGG Partner Darryl Scott Laddin is quoted in a September 17th article in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution titled “Deal Son-in-law Had Previous Bankruptcy.” The article reveals how Nathan Deal, a current Georgia gubernatorial candidate, co-signed for nearly $2.3 million in loans for his son-in-law, Clinton Wilder, who last year filed for bankruptcy for the second time in eight years. Mr. Wilder allegedly lied about his first bankruptcy in the petition for his second, which Mr. Laddin says could cause major problems for Mr. Wilder, such as having his bankruptcy protection revoked and leaving him vulnerable to creditors.
