Darryl Laddin quoted in Atlanta Business Chronicle

AGG Partner Darryl Laddin is quoted with a photo in an article titled “Corporate bankruptcy filings slightly down in 2011,” which appeared in the Atlanta Business Chronicle (subscription may be required to view). The article describes how the decrease in the number of corporate bankruptcy filings may be partially due to the larger number of workouts negotiated between corporations and lenders. Mr. Laddin explains how both the lender and borrower benefit when they can agree on an out-of-court workout to keep out of bankruptcy court. He recommends that companies with significant financial difficulties contact an experienced Chapter 11 restructuring attorney.
