Brian Smith Quoted in Two Articles from AJC

AGG Associate Brian R. Smith is quoted in two Atlanta Journal-Constitution articles, “Lawyers Find a Groove as Moonlighting Rockers” and "Moonlighting Feeds a Yen for Some Professionals," for his involvement as lead singer of band Tron Jackson. Mr. Smith and the other band members—guitarists George Greer and Zach McElveen, drummer Alex Sanders and bassist Baxter James—are all attorneys (and one banker) by day, but at night perform the music of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, James, the Cure, Radiohead and AC/DC in restaurants, bars and nightclubs around Atlanta and surrounding cities. Last May, the band won 2010 charity event Lawyer-Palooza, a battle-of-the-lawyer-bands competition sponsored in part by the Atlanta Bar Foundation and AGG. Eight bands, each featuring lawyer-musicians, competed for the title by playing a 20-minute set.
