Arnall Golden Gregory Wins Litigation Healthcare Department of the Year Award

ATLANTA – The Fulton County Daily Report, which covers the latest in Georgia law, trial developments and law firms, recently announced its annual winners for law firms in five categories of litigation, and AGG is proud to have been selected as this year’s winner for its work in healthcare litigation.

The award was based on two submissions: In the first, AGG obtained precedent-setting injunctions restricting attorney advertisement targeting nursing homes; and in the second, AGG attorneys represented a hospital system in five related lawsuits and received several federal court victories for its client, including multimillion-dollar judgments, settlements and precedential court orders.

Congratulations to AGG attorneys Jason Bring and Anuj Desai who worked on the nursing home matter, and Edward Marshall and Jennifer Shelfer, who worked on the hospital matters.

Arnall Golden Gregory and the other winners will be profiled in the Nov. 9 edition of the Daily Report and honored at a reception and dinner that evening.

This is the third year in a row that the Daily Report has honored Arnall Golden Gregory’s litigation work.

Arnall Golden Gregory was selected to The National Law Journal’s prestigious “Midsize Hot List” because of its success in helping aspiring businesses resolve pressing issues related to regulation, litigation, globalization, privacy and growth. With 160 attorneys in Atlanta and Washington, DC, AGG provides exceptional partner relationships, deep industry knowledge, flexible service, and value to help clients grow and protect their businesses and achieve their definition of success.
