ATLANTA – Arnall Golden Gregory real estate partner Tunrola Odelowo was a panelist at the 2018 Business Development Symposium, presented by the State Bar of Georgia Diversity Program, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, Gate City Bar Association and Georgia Hispanic Bar Association.
The discussion, which took place on April 19, 2018, at the State Bar of Georgia, focused on developing a legal practice and personal brand. The panelists included experienced in-house and law firm partners sharing their insights about the art of business development, their diverse career paths and issues related to recruiting and retaining diverse talent.
Ms. Odelowo practices in AGG’s Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare Real Estate and Alternative and Renewable Energy practices. She advises owners and developers of real estate assets, including REITs, in their acquisition, disposition, development and financing activities.
Ms. Odelowo is particularly focused on deal structuring for owners and operators of healthcare assets such as medical office buildings and assisted-living facilities, and has also developed expertise in advising clients on solar energy development transactions in Georgia.
At AGG, Ms. Odelowo is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee and is actively engaged in the firm’s efforts to attract and retain a diverse group of attorneys.
