Mr. Hirsch is of counsel in the Litigation Practice and has been with the firm for 40 years. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust, alternative dispute resolution involving arbitration and mediation, government investigations, and compliance.

Mr. Kitchens is senior counsel in the Food and Drug Practice who advises clients working in the food, medical device, pharmaceutical and biotech industries regarding FDA product approval, clinical trials, risk management, advertising and labeling, good manufacturing practices, post-approval safety requirements and other issues.
