The new partners are:
Lanchi N. Bombalier. Ms. Bombalier focuses her practice on providing regulatory counsel for a variety of clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health and hospice agencies, rehabilitation therapy providers, substance abuse treatment centers, and other ancillary service providers. Ms. Bombalier is a graduate of Emory University School of Law.
Jennifer D. Burgar. Ms. Burgar focuses her practice on regulatory and compliance issues, as well as administrative litigation. Ms. Burgar is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School.
Bartow (Bo) B. Duncan. Mr. Duncan focuses a large portion of his practice with retail leasing on behalf of landlords and tenants. He has negotiated leases on behalf of large national retailers for over ten (10) years. Mr. Duncan is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude.
Jessica T. Grozine. Ms. Grozine focuses her practice on federal and state healthcare regulatory matters, representing nursing homes, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, assisted living facilities, hospices, physician groups, home health agencies, and other healthcare providers on issues relating to operations, compliance, certificate of need, health information privacy, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and a variety of healthcare transactions. Ms. Grozine is a graduate of Georgia State University College of Law, magna cum laude.
Tunrola A. Odelowo. Ms. Odelowo focuses her practice on the representation of owners, developers, equity investors and lenders in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of office buildings, industrial properties, apartment projects, and mixed use assets located across the United States. Ms. Odelowo is a graduate of Howard University School of Law.
W. Jerad Rissler. Mr. Rissler counsels and represents healthcare clients in a broad range of healthcare and business disputes, with a particular focus on issues involving government payments, defense of professional liability claims, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Rissler is a graduate of Washington University School of Law.
Jennifer L. Shelfer. Ms. Shelfer focuses her practice on litigating and defending business and employment cases in state and federal courts, and has handled cases in Georgia, Florida, California, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Her concentration is on contract and lease disputes, business tort claims, and employment discrimination suits brought under Title VII. Ms. Shelfer is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law, summa cum laude.
Zach Wilson. Mr. Wilson focuses his practice on managing the federal income tax effects on partnerships, corporations, tax-exempt organizations, and individuals involved in tax planning related to domestic and international business transactions. Mr. Wilson is a graduate of Emory University School of Law.
