Arnall Golden Gregory Names 5 New Partners

ATLANTA, Jan. 8, 2003 – Atlanta law firm Arnall Golden Gregory LLP has named five new partners. The partnerships were effective Jan. 1.

Jeffrey C. Adams is a partner in AGG’s Real Estate Practice Group. He focuses on real estate and affordable housing development including developer, lender and investor representation and transactions involving conventional and subsidized debt and equity financing.

Henry R. Chalmers, a member of the Litigation Practice Group, focuses on business and employment litigation, representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of contract, tort and employment disputes.

Anthony L. Duncan is a member of the Corporate Practice Group’s Securities, Finance and Corporate Governance team. He focuses on securities and transactional matters such as public and private offerings, Exchange Act compliance and general corporate matters.

Anne F. Gerry, a member of the Corporate Practice Group’s Telecommunications team, counsels clients in corporate and commercial transactions. Additionally, she represents clients before the Federal Communications Commission and state public service commissions.

J. Hayden Kepner Jr., a member of the Bankruptcy Practice Group, represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, official and unofficial committees, trustees and investors in all phases of corporate restructurings and business reorganizations.
