ATLANTA, Jan. 8, 2003 – The Georgia chapters of the Indo-American and Danish American chambers of commerce have each named an Arnall Golden Gregory LLP attorney to their boards.
Teri A. Simmons, an AGG partner who directs the firm’s international and immigration practice, joins the board of the Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce for a three-year term. Caroline E. Taylor, a senior associate in AGG’s immigration practice, joins the board of the Danish American Chamber of Commerce.
“International trade and the movement of people between different countries is very important to the United States economy,” Simmons said. “Caroline and I are honored to be selected to the GIACC and DACC boards, and we look forward to helping Georgian, Indian and Danish companies and people make stronger connections.”
Simmons’ practice focuses on multinational transactions, Indian-American and German-American business services, international tax and business- and family-based immigration law, and representation before the Immigration Law Judge. She is past chair of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
