AGG Partner Andrew J. Schutt is pictured in the “Profiles” section of the Winter 2012 issue of Georgia Music. The issue features profiles of people and organizations that play an important part in Georgia’s music industry. Mr. Schutt is pictured for his involvement in the Atlanta-based non-profit organization Georgia Music Partners. A 2011 study revealed that the annual estimated economic impact of the music industry in Georgia is $3.7 billion, creating 19,955 jobs and generating more than $313 million in tax revenues for state and local governments. With this in mind, Georgia Music Partners has two main goals: 1) to make Georgia’s tax-incentive program more appealing to the music industry and 2) investing in Atlanta’s music technology start-up businesses. Mr. Schutt serves on the Georgia Music Partners Board as secretary.
