Alan Minsk Quoted in “The Pink Sheet” Daily

AGG Partner Alan G. Minsk is quoted in an article titled “Off-Label Audience of One: Exhibit Booths Should Aim for Personal Conversations,” which appeared in Elsevier Business Intelligence’s “The Pink Sheet” Daily newsletter (subscription required to view). The article describes a situation in which an attendee at a medical conference approaches a booth and requests information on the off-label use of a drug or device. Mr. Minsk advises that while the person working the booth is allowed to answer the question, he or she should do so in a private conversation with the requestor to be in compliance with the Food and Drug Administration’s new draft guidance on these types of responses. He cautions not to be overheard by other visitors to the booth.
