ATLANTA, Jan. 9, 2004 – Atlanta law firm Arnall Golden Gregory LLP has named four new partners. The partnerships were effective Jan. 1. The firm also announced the hiring of 10 associates.
Russell A. Arouh is a partner on the firm’s Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Practice Team, representing developers and retailers in leasing and general real estate matters.
Roger A. Chalmers is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Prior to working at AGG, he clerked for U.S. Magistrate Gerrilyn G. Brill of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and for The Honorable Stephanie B. Manis of the Fulton County Superior Court.
Richard A. Mitchell is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Prior to entering private practice, he served as law clerk to The Honorable Arthur B. Vieregg Jr. of the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia.
Mark D. Salsbury is a partner on the firm’s Tax Practice Team. He focuses on federal income tax, including corporate and partnership tax, international tax and the taxation of specialized entities such as real estate investment trusts. His practice also involves tax aspects of executive compensation.
