AGG Advised on Project Honored by Women’s Commercial Real Estate Group

ATLANTA — Arnall Golden Gregory advised on a hotel project in Alpharetta north of Atlanta that received an award from CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women).

CREW gave its Economic Improvement Award to the $112 million Hotel at Avalon, a luxury hotel with 330 rooms that will open in January 2018.

Partners Mindy Planer and Steven Pepper represented SunTrust Bank in the deal, and partner Sandra Zayac and associate Shelby Uribe represented the Development Authority of Fulton County.

Partner Althea Broughton, co-chair of Arnall Golden Gregory’s real estate practice, presented the award at the CREW event on June 8, 2017. Ms. Broughton is co-chair of CREW’s Awards Committee.
