Aaron Danzig Quoted in American Bar Association Litigation News

In August 2012 Aaron Danzig was quoted in the American Bar Association Litigation News article “Is violating workplace tech policies a crime?” Mr. Danzig, Cybercrimes Subcommittee chair of the ABA Section of Litigation’s Criminal Litigation Committee, says in the article that he supports the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals en banc decision that misuse of information from a computer in violation of an employer’s policy is not a federal crime under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA). “CFAA is really an anti-hacking statute, and that is what it should be limited to,” Mr. Danzig says.
