Our attorneys and guest HR panelists will discuss how to navigate difficult legal and practical issues in today’s uncertain workplace, including the risks of alternative work arrangements, job growth and downsizing, outsourcing and ever increasing benefits costs.

Attendees are eligible for CLE credit and HRCI recertification credit hours. Emory Mulling, chairman of The Mulling Companies, will join us as our keynote speaker for lunch. The Mulling Group is the largest locally owned outplacement firm of its kind in the southeast and is an affiliate of Lincolnshire International. Mr. Mulling is regularly quoted on workplace issues in national publications, ranging from Time magazine to the New York Times, and he writes a nationally syndicated column for American City Business Journals entitled “PeopleSmarts,” which appears locally in the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
