AGG Partner Michael E. Burke has put together a free webinar on what pharmaceutical companies need to know so as not to run afoul of the FCPA. The webinar, “Effective FCPA Compliance: An Ounce of Prevention…,” provides an update on FCPA investigations and reviews compliance best practices.
Mr. Burke chairs the American Bar Association’s 25,000-member Section of International Law.
In addition to advising on FCPA compliance, Mr. Burke assists clients in complying with U.S. export controls regulations, U.S. economic sanctions programs, and U.S. anti-boycott regulations. He also advises on privacy, data protection and information security issues in the U.S. and abroad.
