On Thursday, May 29, 2014, AGG Partner, Jeffrey S. Jacobovitz, will moderate a panel entitled “Competition Litigation Around the World: USA” on behalf the American Bar Association’s Civil Practice & Procedure Committee. This will be the first chapter in a groundbreaking new multi-part series examining the critical issues in private antitrust litigation across key jurisdictions around the world. The series begins with the United States, the engine of worldwide private antitrust enforcement. The panel of distinguished speakers will describe America’s private antitrust enforcement regime, and provide critical insight into recent developments of importance, key jurisprudence, and their views on future trends. A Q&A session, allowing listeners to participate and put questions to the speakers, will follow.
