Former Atlanta Mayor, Sam Massell
A life-long resident of Atlanta, has had successful careers in real estate brokerage, elected office, the field of tourism, and association management. Mr. Massell spent twenty years as a Realtor, becoming Vice President of one of the city’s largest commercial brokerage firms. While in real estate, Massell became extremely active in a wide range of civic work, which eventually led to the political arena. His administration as Mayor is credited with establishing MARTA, with developing the city’s first enclosed arena (the Omni Coliseum), and with providing the Central City Woodruff Park, all with no call on ad valorem taxes.

Tad Leithead of Cousins Properties
Leads Cousins’ development efforts as they relate to entitlement issues throughout the region, and serves as liaison with the various governmental entities and community based organizations. Mr. Leithead has 23 years of experience in the Atlanta commercial real estate market. He was hired as an office leasing agent by Trammell Crow Company in 1983, and was promoted to leasing director of the Atlanta Galleria in 1986. Tad has leased over five million square feet of office space.

Brett Hunsaker of CB Richard Ellis
Senior Managing Director for CB Richard Ellis in Atlanta and oversees the firm’s Asset Services, Industrial Services, Investment Properties, and Retail Services groups. Mr. Hunsaker is responsible for both the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy development, covering everything from new business development through post-assignment client satisfaction surveys. Brett is recognized across the United States as one of the top business development professionals and is known throughout the country’s business community for his unsurpassed networking and client relationship skills.
