Christine Kirk is an associate in the Food and Drug Group within AGG’s Healthcare Practice, and focuses her regulatory compliance practice on food, drug, and device law. Ms. Kirk has several years of experience with FDA, where she worked in CDER’s Office of Regulatory Policy (ORP). While at FDA, Ms. Kirk worked on a wide variety of matters, including regulations, guidance, citizen petitions, and policy development. Ms. Kirk also has experience in reviewing comments on proposed regulations and guidance.

Ms. Kirk is a member of the Pharma-Medical Device Industry Team at AGG. She works with Firm colleagues to address client matters involving FDA matters as well as related areas of law (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, FTC). Ms. Kirk looks forward to assisting clients to understand and apply FDA and other regulatory requirements during the development and marketing of their pharmaceutical, medical device, food, and cosmetic products.

Prior to her work at FDA, Ms. Kirk practiced law at a large law firm where she gained regulatory compliance experience in two non-FDA areas and assisted clients with matters such as identifying and applying applicable regulations to their business operations; 50-state surveys; development of internal compliance policies; regulatory reporting; and responding to regulatory inquiries and inspections.

Ms. Kirk is originally from Colorado and has also lived in Alaska. Before law school, Ms. Kirk worked on public health issues as an employee of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the Alaska Department of Health and Human Services. Among other things, she presented complex health information to a wide variety of audiences and gained experience in grant-writing and grant review.
