AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with nearly 200 attorneys, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the development and implementation of business development tactics for assigned industry teams and practices under the direction of the CMO, industry team leaders, and practice group chairs. This position has intimate knowledge of the work, clients, lawyers and services offered by AGG. They have a keen understanding of the firm’s position in the market, and spot opportunities to strengthen the firm’s stake hold through target marketing, content marketing, social media, thought leadership, referral networks, strategic partnerships, and other avenues as appropriate.
As the lead BD point of contact at the firm, they are in an ideal position to serve as a firmwide connector and facilitator of attorney introductions and networking within AGG to help create dialogue for identifying cross-marketing opportunities. They also lead the alignment of the firm’s business development efforts with external public relations and media outreach initiatives.
