Retail Staff Attorney

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with nearly 200 attorneys, is seeking a Retail staff attorney to join our Real Estate practice. The staff attorney position is intended to handle fee sensitive matters requested by larger clients of the Retail team. The objective is to keep the larger retail clients within AGG as a “one-stop shop.” The work handled by the staff attorney will be primarily SNDAs, estoppels, and lease abstracts, with periodic lease amendment drafting as needed and in the event our junior associates have limited capacity for lease amendments.
