Healthcare Regulatory/Transactional Attorney

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with nearly 200 attorneys, is seeking an attorney for its Healthcare practice with at least three to five years of healthcare regulatory/transactional experience. Prior experience is required and should include Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute analysis. Additional experience working with both the OIG and CMS voluntary self-disclosure processes and providing federal and state regulatory analysis and advice in connection with corporate and transactional matters with institutional healthcare providers is preferred. Prior transactional experience should include corporate and regulatory due diligence, transaction structures driven by state and federal regulatory requirements, and relevant transactional drafting and review. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, and work well within a team. Open to candidates in Atlanta and Washington, D.C.
