Healthcare Executive Assistant

Arnall Golden Gregory seeks an organized, critical-thinking person with strong attention to detail. This position interfaces with clients & colleagues in a professional setting. This person will be required to uphold the image of AGG by maintaining confidentiality, discretion, & positive contact with clients, attorneys & staff. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a legal environment, required. Assists through the performance of complex administrative, billing, calendar maintenance, travel coordination, & event management duties. Must have strong organizational skills, & knowledge of grammar, spelling & punctuation. Proficient in the use of word processing & other automated equipment, including software packages currently used by AGG.
