Healthcare CHOW Paralegal

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with nearly 200 attorneys, is seeking a Healthcare paralegal responsible for assisting and supporting attorneys in the Healthcare/Life Sciences practice group and Change of Ownership (“CHOW”) team. The requirements for this position include — but are not limited to — a minimum of five years’ experience as a paralegal with heavy emphasis on project management, preferably in a law firm setting; heavy interaction with clients and government agencies; and performing legal research.
