Desktop Support Engineer (DC Office)

The Desktop Support Engineer, under the direction of the Technical Application Manager, will assist in designing modern Infrastructure solutions, implementing and supporting enterprise applications and cloud services following industry best practices. Under moderate guidance, responsible for management, administration and engineering of the firm’s Virtual Applications and Desktop environment, while supporting application solutions that meet the needs of the firm. Work with the leadership of the firm and other internal business units to support the desktop strategy and roadmap.
